Returns & Exchange Policy

We offer a full money-back guarantee on all purchases made through our website. However, in certain cases, an adjustment to the credit may be necessary. We recommend reviewing the conditions outlined below to understand what applies to your specific situation and follow the correct procedure.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’d be happy to assist. Our Returns & Refunds Policy allows returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days of the Shipping Confirmation email date, provided you have a valid receipt. Within this 30-day window, you are eligible for a full refund.
After the 30 day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the products in the first 14 days after their purchase to ensure it meets your needs.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus item, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product. If the article is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges (other than the original shipping costs invoiced).
All International Sales are Final, including Canada.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To begin the return process, please visit our returns center here and enter your order number (example: AW#12345) and email or zip code. Select which items from your return you wish to return. Print the provided shipping label and packing slip. Package your return and drop off at a carrier facility. You will be notified when your return has been received at our warehouse. Once, received, we will refund your original form of payment in 3-5 business days.
For items purchased through one of our authorized retailers, please work with the store directly.
REFUNDS
Once your returned article is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned article. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or refused.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days. If you have paid for the standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Products with obvious signs of use;
- Any article that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error; and
- Any article returned more than 30 days after delivery.
HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR
To begin the exchange process, please visit the returns center here and enter the order number (example: AW1234) and email or zip code. Select which items from your return you wish to exchange and then select the new color and/or size you wish to exchange for. Print the provided shipping return label and packing slip.
Package your return and drop off at a carrier facility. Your new Item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours of being received at our facility.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

FINAL SALE
Please note, any items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. We are unable to accept "Final Sale" items for return or exchange, unless they are defective. Final Sale items are noted with the product details on a product page, in your cart, and also at checkout. Final Sale items will not be eligible for return labels in our return portal.
All International Sales are Final, including Canada.
REFUND PROCESS
Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks after the return arrives back at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and you will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
If you choose to return, $7.95 will be deducted from your total refund. For exchange orders, you will not be charged the $7.95 return shipping fee.
*Original shipping charges will not be refunded.*
CUSTOM EMBROIDERY ITEMS
Custom embroidered items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
CAN I COMBINE MY DISCOUNTS
Discount codes cannot be combined. Please note that some discounts have specific expiration dates, and codes that are expired will no longer be valid.
